Our MissionWelcome to the VSM Computer Services Web site. Our goal is to provide you with useful information about our company that we hope makes it easier for you to do business with us. Jerry and I started this business in hope to save customers from the long waits on the phone tech support and the expensive repair from in store or shop based computer repair stores. We have no storefront and that is the way we want to keep it. We believe that by not having a storefront the customer gets a more personable and trusted service. We meet each customer when we either do a computer pickup, drop off, or an in house\office call. This also reduces the overhead for us which allows us to charge less and save you money. VSM Computer Services Serves The Hudson Valley of New York. We serve the Dutchess County area of New York and surrounding area's. We charge a $35 fee for diagnoses, pickup, and delivery. The service fee could be avoided by meeting us in a spot and time that is convenient to us, just mention it when you call us and we will work it out with you. No more expensive technical help from India, Thailand, Japan or any other country or state for that matter. We do business in Dutchess County, close to your home town.
